Stop believing the popular lie of overnight success, instead believe in and practice the process.

Before you give up on yourself yet again, I want to dispel a very popular lie. Growth, change, and achievement, are possible, but they will not come overnight. Even Muhammad Ali said, "It took me 19 years to become an overnight success." If that was true for him, then we are in good company.

Tune in to this super short episode for some hard truths, a little pep talk, and the simple phrase that can help you reframe. You can become who you want to become if you set yourself up for longterm success and celebrate small wins that build, and build.
