Reflecting on my year, some of the smallest moments made the biggest impacts.

Thanks to 2019 I now know what I want more of in 2020 - the beginning of a new year and a new decade! In reflecting on this past year, and considering the very best moments, it's clear what I want more of in my future. In this episode I guide you through recognizing your "Best of 2019" and of course encourage you to work through this month's Progress Plan (p.s. it's the last time that will be free...details to come!).
