When Darcy Spafford, a regular member of this community, reached out to discuss this topic I was thrilled. She is a homeschooling mom of 8 kids who has been married for almost 20 years. After navigating pornography in their marriage for the majority of that time, her and her husband now share openly to help couples reconnect after porn use in their marriages.

Honestly, her tips for rebuilding could serve every relationship - porn use or not. Her message of hope is that once she handed responsibility back to her husband, she felt powerful again. Through working on herself, finding her own happiness again, she says "It's so much easier to love someone else when you love yourself."
